Five Ingredient Guacamole


  • 3 avocados
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 1 small mashed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Scoop avocado into a medium bowl and smash with a fork but leave a bit chunky.
  • Add lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, red onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  • If you are prepping ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap for freshness. Enjoy!
