Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 head of romaine
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 - 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook and season ground beef or turkey with chili powder and red pepper.
  • Wash lettuce and chop into bite sized pieces.
  • Dice tomatoes and avocado. Slice red onion.
  • Plate all ingredients in a bowl and add hot sauce if you'd like. Enjoy!
